The preparative parameters in chemical bath deposition such as concentration, pH, deposition time, temperature, complexing agent etc., while in M-CBD method, concentration, immersion cycles,immersion time etc. are optimized to get good quality, uniform, well adherent and device grade thin films of these materials. The development of simple, reproducible, economical and low cost deposition techniques in addition to the materials used as a window/buffer layer for solar cells.
