The main chapters of this book include information about forming technology and rapid solidification process, and bulk metallic glasses. The book focuses on the single roll melt spinning process as a rapid solidification process for aluminum-magnesium alloys to modify their properties. Mechanical and metallurgical properties of rapidly solidified alloys and their corrosion behavior have been described, and the relationship between the main parameters and the results were modeled to predict the properties of rapidly solidified alloys.
