Inspired by her son and by children everywhere, she poured her heart into stories that spark a love of reading while gently teaching emotional intelligence, kindness, and self-acceptance.Her storytelling is deeply shaped by her Filipino heritage, the wisdom of her grandparents, and her travels to more than seventy countries. Every culture, lesson, and experience finds its way into her work, creating meaningful connections for children and families around the globe.Mona's son, Michael Blade, has also become a published author under her guidance.
