Autor

Dr.Gong Min got his Ph.D. degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006. He has been dedicating to study and research of China's telecommunications policy and development for many years. This work was completed under the guidance of his Ph.D. academic supervisor, Professor Xu Yan.
