This book tries to show an approach for enhancing a wound healing process using a low level laser therapy. The low power lasers (LPL) were introduced to solve different pattern recognition problems associated with scar formation after completing the the healing process. The low level laser therapy (LLLT) is able to solve the scar problem efficiently. The book describes an enhancement of the healing process rate using low power diode laser therapy.

Autor

Saif Dawood Salman Al-Shaikhli studied Biomedical Engineering at Al-Nahrain University in Baghdad/Iraq. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Al-Nahrain University in October 2003 and June 2006 respectively. He received his PhD degree in medical image analysis in December 2015 from the Leibniz University of Hannover/Germany.
