Study of Synthesis of Chromenes using Ionic liquid

The present book deals [DBU]Ac as the solvent and catalyst to find environmentally benign protocol for the synthesis of chromenes under conventional and unconventional energy sources to proceed a step forward saving energy to make the protocol cost effective. It also describe the recycling of the basic ionic liquid. In addition, the procedure offers several advantages including high yields, operational simplicity, environment friendly and cleaner reaction, which is a practical alternative to the existing procedures to satisfy the need of academy as well as industry.
