In the present book Evaluation of Medicinal Plants Ocimum tenuiflorum Linn. (Tulsi), Syzygium aromaticum Linn. (Clove), Azadirachta indica A Juss. (Neem) and Aloe barbadensis Mill (Aloe) were studied as an antimicrobial agent for drinking water treatment. As the medicinal plant possesses antimicrobial properties and it was found that they are very useful in water treatment. It would be possible to develop an economical and environmental safe method for drinking water treatment. The book will be more helpful for researcher, students and for society.
