Preparation for the work of installations and their calibration, and conducted research on the study of variation in the intensity of neutron and charged particle fluxes. Tests of installations are carried out, results of the conducted experiments of researches are received. A brief review of the works of various methods of research on precursors is carried out. The obtained data from the created installations are given, the possibility of operative forecast of earthquake occurrence is shown, the possible nuclear reactions in the substance of the earth crust arising from seismic stresses of strata are connected with it. An attempt is made to create an information-measuring complex on the basis of modern technical and software automation for scientific-research works allowing to select the right signals for registration and monitoring.
