This investigation was carried out to study the genetic diversity of 31 potato genotypes using biometrical methods for 3 consecutive years. Statistical procedure of DMRT and analysis of variance, variability, correlation, path coefficient and genetic diversity were studied. Correlation coefficient and path co-efficient analysis suggest that significant positive relationship of tuber weight (yield)/plant with most of the characters both at genotypic and phenotypic levels In order to find out the extent of genetic diversity among the 31 potato genotypes principal component analysis (PCA), cluster analysis, principal coordinate analysis (PCO), cluster diagram and cluster mean were performed.
