FCR analysis during labour is an important element in identifying inadequately oxygenated fetuses, allowing appropriate obstetrical action and providing reassurance about fetal oxygenation to avoid inappropriate obstetrical interventions (instrumental extraction, Caesarean section).The goal of our approach is to contribute to the improvement of fetal monitoring during labour, and we offer this work to assist medical students, midwives and obstetrical residents in their training.
