Average ketone bodies level of group A was significantly higher than that of group B,the feed conversion ratio (FCR) of post weaned Kundhi buffalo calves fed on green berseem was remarkably higher than that of calves fed with berseem hay and further it was also concluded that calves fed on berseem hay were more economical and gained more net profit as compared to the calves fed with green berseem.
