This work is aimed at peers, i.e. teachers, researchers and students interested in the process of innovation in organizations, based on the principle that knowledge is the heritage of mankind. I hope it will be useful and provide knowledge for future research and applications in this field, which I consider of vital interest for our economies and society in general.
