Basically, instruction is concerned about the improvement of the entire individual. In this period, attaining education is a constitutional right despite of the fact that COVID-19 is a global pandemic, and everyone should stay at home in pursuant to the IATF rule. Good to say, e-learning makes education flexible, attainable and relevant because there is no limitation of time and space.
