Solid Polymer blend (PVP+PVA) electrolyte films complexed with potassium salts were prepared by solution cast technique. These films were characterized structurally, optically and electrically by various techniques such as electrical conductivity and transport number measurement. Polymer blend electrochemical cells were prepaed and the discharge characteristics were studied under a constant load.
