Book includes five chapters with references; it explains various psycho-social problems of mothers of children with autism and mental retardation in detail. It was comparative experimental design with two groups of mothers of children with autism and mental retardation. The mothers of children with autism and mental retardation experiencing same level of stress and using active coping, emotional support, instrumental support, positive re framing, planning, acceptance, and religion as coping strategies to overcome with their stress.Author was also worked with Indian Institute of Public Health as a Rehabilitation Psychologist.
