Looking forward can reveal the possibilities that lie ahead and lead to change. As women & men, we need to find ways to stand up for ourselves & break free from our silence to get rid of fear & shame....We need to take steps to help ourselves become stronger & smarter. Honoring the process with patience, I'm taking the time to notice what I have rather than what I don't. I also continually practice shifting my focus to what's positive; that focus keeps me going along with me not giving up on myself even when at times I do feel and have been discouraged. It's hard but there's always hope! Despite my setbacks, pain, loss, hurt and struggles, I'm still making the best of a bad situation. Also I hope that even one person, and hopefully many more, can gain strength from my story.
