The study underscores the importance of effective strategy implementation, recommending the adoption of advanced technologies like RegTech, big data, and cybersecurity, alongside strong leadership, transparent communication, and adequate funding to enhance regulatory performance and ensure accountability in Nigeria's financial sector.
