Autor

Born and raised in London, Rahail Khan has worked on a number of business ventures in the sectors of BPO services, property maintenance and technology. He has always been interested in self-development, with a focus on helping others develop to reach their goals. While going through some difficult times in which he found himself lacking the answers needed to overcome some of life's challenges, he by chance found the Stoic philosophy. Coming from an Islamic background, the Stoic way of thinking instantly resonated with Rahail. With this newfound wisdom, the turbulence passed, and he achieved a new form of personal growth. One quote from the Stoics is "If you want to be a writer then write." Following that advice, Rahail is here to share the wisdom of the Stoics with you. Rahail can often be found hiking and taking in the beauty of nature-literally living in accordance with nature. Or perhaps he'll be at the gym, doing all sorts of cardio and weights. He has a keen interest in the art of boxing in the peek-a-boo style, used most notably by Mike Tyson, who was taught it by the late Cus D'Amato.
