The book seeks to recall the essential principles and rules of the Rule of Law, as well as the conjunction that must exist between State, sovereignty, constitutional supremacy and constituent power, in order to approach the limits of that power and to warn about the usual political manipulations that we have observed in the last two decades in relation to these concepts that are part of constitutional law.
