Gregory Castle is professor of English at Arizona State University. He is the author of numerous books, including Modernism and the Celtic Revival. Patrick Bixby is associate professor and director of graduate studies at Arizona State University. He is the author of Samuel Beckett and the Postcolonial Novel.
