Autor

Prof Xu was born in Zhenjiang, China in 1991. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees (first class with distinction) from the College of Electrical, Energy and Power Engineering, Yangzhou University, Yangzhou, China, in 2014 and 2017, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in the Division of Electronics and Informatics, Gunma University.
