George Milligan (1860-1934) was a New Testament scholar and linguist. He was the co-author, with James Hope Moulton, of 'The Vocabulary of the Greek Testament'. In addition, his many publications include 'The Theology of the Epistle to the Hebrews', 'Here and There among the Papyri'', 'Selections from the Greek Papyri', and 'The New Testament Documents'.
