Spiralothelphusa is a genus of freshwater crabs in the family Parathelphusidae. It contains the following species, all of which are included on the IUCN Red List (LC: least concern; EN: endangered; DD: data deficient). Parathelphusidae is a family of crabs inhabiting freshwater mainly in Southeast Asia. Their closest living relatives are the Gecarcinucidae. The Parathelphusidae inhabit rivers, lakes and rice paddies.
