Filter paper pellets can easily be processed by vacuum filtration or centrifuge to yield desired quantities of DNA. The use of spin column is a rapid, economic and sensitive method for DNA isolation. The use of these extraction method is both time and cost saving. Average, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation have been calculated for three methods.
