This refinery does not have Environmental Management System and this is a new work and method. Performing this system is a management objective. Establishing EMS in this paper is a practice for doing Environmental Management System in Mazandaran refinery, at the end of thesis reach to suggestions. Miankaleh refinery is directed with traditional approach system and we improve and extol that to modern Environmental management system. In developing country with using EMS, the main objective is reach to Sustainable Development.
