Personal boundaries define where you end and others begin. They help you decide what types of communication, behavior and interaction are acceptable. This workbook is your private journal. It contains a list of prompts; there are questions to let you look at your current situation and your relationship with your boundaries at this moment. Try to think deeper about each question, go beyond a simple yes or no. If you come up with examples and the perfect scenarios how you would like each situation to play out - great! Write it all down!
