So the present book make as master degree in benha university , Egypt at 2008, which conducted to clarify the effect of 2 different short term exposure of EMF( direct current, DC; and alternating current, AC) on rodent model ( Rattus norvegicus) on the structural and functional integrity of the liver tissue was investigated by light microscope by using haematoxylin , and Mallory stains. Ultrastructure by transmission electron microscope. Histochemical examination by using PAS, Mercury bromophenol blue, Feulgen, and Prussian blue for iron stains. The biochemical parameters of blood as serum glucose, total protein , triglycerides, cholesterol , iron, total iron, AST enzyme, and ALT enzyme. Finally in this work found more effect by using EMF, and have to use EMF with more precautions.
