Upgrading the utilization of rice straw, as undesirable agricultural waste, in production porous material (active carbon), will provide the economical together with the environmental requirements in commercial product. Moreover, we candidate the activating agents, and other production parameters (stage and temperature), which provide porous carbon, with higher surface area, possible for gas or liquids purification.
