As we know users can truly use network services anytime, anywhere, however with increasing demand, the use of bandwidth and frequency spectrum resources is beyond expectations. Current implementations of Internet systems are very hard to be upgraded. Hence, the ossification of existing standards restricts the development of more advanced communicationsystems [1]. Therefore new research initiatives, such as software-defined radios, and software-defined networks, Multimode Radio, and Multiband Radio allow more flexibility for networks.
