This book is the result of a research with the objective of identifying and analyzing how social workers inserted in the health policy of the cities of Goiás and Itaberaí understand Social Service at the interface with therapeutic practices/Clinical Social Service. In this sense, the qualitative research with quantitative data, developed from the Theoretical Research, carried out throughout the elaboration process of this work, with conceptual categories: Health, Social Service and Therapeutic Practices/Clinical Social Service; the Documental Research through laws, plans, statistical sources among others; and the Field Research carried out in the second semester of 2018. In the latter, the semi-structured research form was used as an instrument for data collection, with questions subdivided into 4 axes of analysis, namely: Health/SUS; Social Service; Performance of Social Service in Health and Therapeutic Practices/Clinical Social Service. Social Service professionals working in the health area of the cities of Goiás/ GO and Itaberaí/GO, with a total of 4 participants, were surveyed in this study.
