Eric Graig Castater is an Assistant Professor in the School of Government and International Affairs at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. His research focuses on labour politics, the causes and consequences of economic inequality, and the rise of populist radical political parties in the wealthy democracies. His articles have appeared in West European Politics, European Journal of Political Research, European Politics and Society, Business and Politics, and Research in Social Stratification and Mobility. Kyung Joon Han is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His research focuses on party politics, populist radical right-wing parties, international migration, income inequality, and labour politics in industrialized countries. His articles have appeared in journals such as British Journal of Political Science, International Studies Quarterly, European Journal of Political Research, Party Politics, West European Politics, and Electoral Studies.
