Individualization which refers to structural transformation of social institutions and change in the relationship of an individual to society is studied in this research with development of appropriate instruments which has been done for the first time.This research output though based on BPO industry can be applied to any modern networked enterprise. Demographic, economic, technological and political forecasts are dealt with needed elaboration. A model to address the issues has been developed for the practicing managers.
