Joyce is five years into retirement from a 50-year work career in Corporate America. After some mental and emotional adjustments to her new role, she now lovingly embraces her new great grandson with a level of love that she had forgotten existed. Psalms 127:3 She is truly thankful that she was not caregiving on the day of the car crash into her home, as the impact of the hit was to the chair where she and baby Karson often sat cuddling, singing and bonding. These writings are intended as a legacy for future generations of family and friends.
