It details the descriptive research design and explains how primary data were collected through three separately structured questionnaires from 200 residents of GIFT City. These residents were selected using a non-random convenience sampling method. The chapter also describes the various univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analytical techniques applied to the data using IBM SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS AMOS software.
