This is the story of a segment in the life of an amazing dog. I acquired Skrat at the end of his racing career so he could enjoy retirement. He was unique in many ways and I was moved to show him in print. Like many of us, his life wasn't always fair but he overcame in spite of the odds. I hope this little book brings joy and encouragement to all who enter into Skrat's world. Nana Carr is a retired nurse anesthetist.
