Nedra Glover Tawwab es psicóloga y experta en relaciones. Lleva catorce años ejerciendo como terapeuta y es la fundadora y propietaria del centro de terapia de grupo Kaleidoscope Counseling. Su planteamiento se basa en que detrás de la mayoría de los problemas en las relaciones hay una falta de límites y de asertividad, y su don consiste en ayudar a las personas a crear relaciones saludables con los demás y consigo mismas. Licenciada en la Universidad Wayne State de Detroit (Michigan, Estados Unidos), cuenta con títulos adicionales sobre terapia familiar y de pareja, y sobre salud mental perinatal y trastornos de ansiedad. También está ampliamente formada para asesorar a adultos que han sufrido desatención emocional durante la infancia.
