described. Various strategies for the search
algorithm movement along the limitation surfaces are
viewed. A comparative analysis of different classes
of search algorithms is given. Formal procedures of
structural and parametric adaptation of optimization
algorithm to the mathematical models of problems to
be solved are. In solving two- and three- dimensional
field problems the practical recommendations for
increasing solution accuracy, reducing computational
resources and speeding-up the problem convergence are
given. Original digital and analog network models for
electric machines are proposed. An example of
computer-aided design system implementation for
sophisticated electromagnetic systems is presented.
The monograph is written for specialists in the field
of design and investigation of electromechanical
systems, as well as for the graduate and postgraduate
students of technological universities. The book
contains original results, obtained by the author,
and has no analogs in terms of wide range of
considered problems.
