Current treatments have low efficacy and many side effects, which is why there is a great desire for new, more effective drugs to treat this disease. For this reason, the aim of this work was to provide a narrative review to analyze the potential of siddnones for future use in cancer therapy, as well as detailing their chemical and unique properties.
