Autor

Award Winning Author, Vielka Lisa Montout was born in San Francisco, California to immigrant parents from Panama. After high school, she went to Sacramento State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Geography. Vielka then attended San Francisco State University where she received a Master's Degree in Education and a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist Credential. Vielka has taught for over 20 years as a DHH Itinerant Teacher, Resource Specialist and advocate for children with special needs.
