Autor

Usha R. Sharma, M.Div, is an ordained spiritual teacher in the ancient tradition of Kriya Yoga that was brought to the west from India by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1920. She was born in a village in India, educated in England and resides in the United States, serving as a guide and vedic counselor to those seeking to live as a Center for Peace and Excellence in the home, at work or in the world.
