When she says yes, they pull their guns out and tell her they are taking her for an abortion. She manages to throw them off balance enough that one shoots his partner in the leg who then in turn stabs the shooter in the chest with a knife. They confess to being hired by a stooped little old man with a balding head. It's not Pam's father. Because their last names are now the same, they are continually being mixed up as it becomes obvious that organized crime is after Pam and her baby. Three months after Tommy is born, he is strapped into his baby carrier and attached to Terry's chest. She is playing her piano while Tom and Pam are in their closing night of Sound of Music.
