What this means is that the longer you and your boyfriend are together, and the more physically affectionate you allow yourselves to become, the more difficult it will be to resist temptation. At that point, any rules and guidelines we might be able to lay down aren't going to be of much help - especially not when hormones are running high and the culture is saying "just do it." If you want to remain sexually pure, you have to be cool-headed enough to devise a definite plan of action and courageous enough to implement it.
