I believe they must be in order to bring incidents like these to light and give them credibility. Trust has come too easy in churches and many people have paid the price for that. My own faith was tested over and over again as I came across these horrifying incidents that occurred in churches where I worshiped and worked, as well as others I learned about that occurred in other locations.
