Karen J Williams has journaled throughout her life, particularly in her younger years, but when her husband was diagnosed with ALS, journaling became a therapeutic lifeline for her. In her first book, Seeing Sacred Stones, she now shares those journals and her story, hoping to encourage and inspire others walking a similar road. Karen lives in the lovely seaside community of Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada. She has been a spiritual seeker for decades and is grateful to be a Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization student.
