Their protection becomes a major national and European objective, prompting representatives of the European Union member states to take action to identify and manage any risk or threat. In the face of the vulnerabilities, threats and risks, the Romanian state should have a strategy for strengthening the resilience of critical energy infrastructures, based on predictability, flexibility, continuity, adaptability and resilience.The authors wrote this book very beneficial for all national, European and global energy decision-makers, where they can easily find ways to ensure energy security by security risk assessment of critical energy infrastructures.
