In the scope of this study, chloroform fraction of methanol extract of aerial parts of C. coronarium L. (garland), collected from Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, was investigated in terms of chemical composition using systematic isolation and purification revisions. During the isolation of the pure plant's phytochemicals, various chromatographic techniques as an example column chromatography (CC), thin layer chromatography (TLC) and preparative TLC techniques were used.
