This study is based on the identification of factors related to violence with air temperature, as a conditioner of influence on the individual and that culminates in criminal actions. In the context of violent factors, it is faced with crimes against the person, and the current study analysed the correlation of crime data from the Municipality of São Mateus-ES with temperature. For the study we used the information extracted from the database of the Military Police of the Municipality of São Mateus-ES of crimes against the person occurred in the period between 2009 and 2013.
