The research was carried out through the Phenomenological-hermeneutic method.Among the results, the approach to disruptive behavior, reinforced by low academic performance, stands out. In this sense, it is analyzed students who received the process of family support during, that is to say if the mother is present in the student life of the son: situations of the student, initiatives to solve problems of the son.
