Enamel pre treatment was done using 5.25% sodium hypochlorite and 10% papain gel in the two experimental groups and conventional bonding was done in the control group.The inference of the present study showed that there was a significant elevation in the SBS of Orthodontic brackets bonded after pre treatment of enamel with 5.25%sodium hypoclorite and 10% papain.
