Based in Orlando, Florida, Phil has over 37 years of professional accounting, auditing, and consulting experience. Phil retired in 2021 from a global consulting firm, where he had been a founding Managing Director since 2002, responsible for expanding operations in Latin America, the Middle East, India, and South Africa. Previously, Phil had been a Certified Public Accountant with a global accounting firm, where he was the Managing Partner of their Orlando office. In 2018, Phil was recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the top twenty-five global leaders in consulting.Phil received a Bachelor's in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Florida State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida. Phil has served in board leadership positions with Junior Achievement of Central Florida (chairman), University of Central Florida Accounting Advisory Board (President), Florida State University Accounting Advisory Board and Heart of Florida United Way.
